Jessica Rothe, Frank Grillo, Michael Kenneth Williams Utah (Jack Kilmer) and Opal (Alice Englert) are drug addicts who live on rural Ohio streets until the meeting seems unfortunate and Wood (Michael Kenneth Williams) takes them to Los Angeles for drug treatment. . Utah seems to be gaining traction with the help of a psychiatrist, Dr. White (Melissa Leo) and technology interest, May (Jessica Rothe). They soon learn that drug treatment is just a cover-up for blackmail work, accustoming alcoholics to employing other people. Utah is no exception. Wood and his partner at drug treatment mogul, Vin (Frank Grillo), take Utah under their wing, and lead it to a better life, even though Utah alcoholism remains its biggest obstacle.
